Whew! What a week. My marketing materials have been delivered (see above video) and I'm pretty excited. I've been posting them to several FB groups and other social media avenues. Beyond that, my (huge) retractable banner came in today. Did I say huge? I never thought about seeing my own face reflected back so big! My face is easily three feet tall! Oh well, I guess I'll get used to it.

I hit 13,500 words in A Girl Forsaken, The Unfolding Blackout Book II, today. I'm really digging the flow and the story. Originally, I had intended for A Girl Betrayed to be a stand-alone novel, but the first few people who read the rough draft suggested that I turn it into a trilogy. So, I edited the end and left a cliff hanger. I'm pleased with the way it came out, but it left me unsure of how to continue. Finally, I finished my outline last weekend and I'm pleased with the direction. We shall see. If there's anything that I've learned about writing over the last year, it's that sometimes characters have a mind of their own. Wish me luck!
